SNUG was formed in 2015, we are a group of friends who are full time, professional landlords and members of the UK’s leading network providing high quality house shares for working professionals. We care passionately about our houses, we don’t use agents and personally meet all new housemates to ensure they are friendly and sociable working professionals (typically in their 20’s and 30’s). Instead of paying a 5-week security deposit, you can choose to use Reposit and pay a 1-week one-off service fee. You can use the money you save to spend on something you actually want! Please note you would still be still liable for any end of tenancy charges.
