Room 4: Ground floor double room available from 3rd November 2026 for £650pcm ALL bills included. Bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers desk and chair. Shares the bathroom with two others and it is cleaned weekly by our cleaning team.

Room 5: Ground floor room with a great view of the garden and bay window letting in lots of natural light. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Available 1st December for £650pcm - including ALL bills. Bathroom is shared with 2 others and cleaned weekly by the cleaning team.

Room 6: Ground floor, garden facing double ensuite with door leading to the garden available from 17th November 2026 for £700pcm ALL bills included. Bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and ensuite bathroom.

Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
