Looking for 3 girls to join house share, RG10

Room 1- Around £780

I’m looking for 3 friendly, like-minded girls to join me and my very friendly, cuddly cocker spaniel, Lucky, in a beautiful detached house in Charvil, near Twyford.

Lucky is a big part of the household. He’s incredibly friendly, affectionate and loves people, so I’m ideally looking for people who are animal-friendly and happy living with a dog. 🐶

The house has plenty of space, including a large living room, a lovely open-plan kitchen/dining area, a nice garden, and a very large driveway that can comfortably fit around 4 cars. There’s also a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus plenty of practical storage.

The bedrooms are unfurnished, but they’re a really good size and can fit lots of furniture and belongings. I’ve also already installed bathroom holders, so there’s plenty of storage for toiletries and bits.

Rent & bills:
• Bills: approximately £150 per month
• Room 1: £780 pcm
• Room 2: £580 pcm
• Room 3: £552 pcm

The previous 3 girls who lived here are all moving on because they’re relocating closer to their places of work.

I’m quite social and love going for walks, grabbing drinks, and going to the gym and doing things together. But also love quiet down time. I’d love to meet some lovely, friendly girls who are like-minded, clean, considerate and animal-friendly, and hopefully make the house feel like a really nice home for everyone. 🤍
