Looking for a responsible and professional person to rent our self contained barn, it has ample size double bedroom with storage, lounge space, kitchenette and shower room. We have also installed a washer/dryer and there’s a seperate front door/entrance. Electrics and WiFi is all shared hence bills inc. (circa 40-60mps) would suit a professional traveling into London but wanting to be in the beautiful countryside of Waltham st Lawrence or a local professional. Parking for one car hence not looking for couples ideally but considered if 1 car (couples would be an extra £150).

We are a young family and want someone we trust. It is 80% furnished with TV, kitchen bed and sofa. Induction hob and microwave with oven capability, fridge and small freezer all included. Less than 12 mins to twyford or Maidenhead train stations by car.

Mon-Friday only considered for less rent.
