I’m looking for a professional to share my space with. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, featuring:

✔️ An ottoman bed (with additional storage underneath)
✔️ A large wardrobe
✔️ A bedside table
You’ll also have the family bathroom for your personal use, as well as your own parking space.

I’d love to share my home with someone who is honest, mature, and experienced in shared living someone who values respect, privacy, and a harmonious home environment.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my small, friendly, well-behaved Chihuahua, so being comfortable around dogs is essential.

I work from home.

💡 Bills: Electricity and gas are covered up to £110 per month. Any usage beyond this will be charged separately, as each room has its own heating control. (I’ve never paid more than this amount for 2 people). Other bills, such as internet, council tax, and water, are fully covered.
