The room is on the ground floor and it has an en suite bathroom. It is a large room which is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, cupboard, wall mounted 43 inch flat screen TV, a desk, chairs, armchair, side board and a bed side table.

The PRICE INCLUDES ALL BILLS (water, gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, a gardener in the summer months, a weekly cleaner for the common area and each bathroom is cleaned by the cleaner every 4 to 6 weeks and also a window cleaner who cleans the windows when it´s required). I can share a video of the room that is available through WhatsApp.

The room comes with a parking space.

The house has a very nice common area, kitchen/diner and garden. Eton Wick is very quiet, beautiful and green. The other tenants are all long term tenants and are all professionals.
