Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience! From the moment I moved in, communication with Steve was always very prompt and friendly. The property itself was well-maintained and as described. Any maintenance requests were always handled as quickly as possible, making me feel well taken care of. I really appreciated how responsive Steve was and how easy the process was from start to finish. The neighbourhood was also great and I truly enjoyed my time living there. The biggest highlight of my time at Birch Grove was having fantastic housemates! We got along very well hence why the living situation was so comfortable.
Overall, I highly recommend renting from Steve and would happily rent from him again!
