2 x lovely double rooms to let in a terraced 3 bed house, one small double (£750 pcm) and a larger double (£900 pcm).15 mins walk to Windsor, 5 mins to the Great Park / Long Walk.
Part time landlords as we spend 75% of our time in Dorset. Therefore you will share the house with a second person and have it to yourselves for 75% of the time. All bills included in the rent and have TV with Sky in each bedroom. Broadband.
We have 2 cats but will be taking them to Dorset where they will stay permanently from April/ May onwards. They are 12 years old now and we feel it is best to take them to Dorset as we intend being there most of our time. We have had previous lodgers who have enjoyed living at our house, our most recent lodger has moved out to share with another girl of similar age, but was with us for 18 months and prior to her we had a lady live with us for 12 months. She moved to London to become a nanny. We have found that having a lodger who has the house to themselves a lot of the time has worked very well.
This maybe an ideal opportunity for 2 friends who want to live in a house together. We don't mind having company when we are home, sharing a glass of wine or a meal together sometimes, but we also respect privacy if that is what you prefer. We are very easy going and are very used to sharing our house now, and all we ask is to respect our home and keep it tidy. We have a cleaner too who does 3 hours once a fortnight, which we pay for her.
