The room has a large 43" flat-screen TV, connected to broadband and includes Netflix, Disney and Prime.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower plus an additional spare toiled downstairs.

Very pleasant green and quiet location with convenient free parking facilities.

Electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax are ALL INCLUDED in the rent.

The garden comes with a large decking area which is ideal for relaxation or just to chill out and have a drink when the sun is shining.

The locations of the house is approximately 20-25 minutes walk from Windsor town centre which offers fantastic views of the Castle, river and park, restaurants, cafes and shops and is within 5 minutes walk of Windsor Race Course & Windsor Marina, convenience shops, post office, pharmacy, parks, coffee shops, gym and lots more.

Windsor’s two train stations provide direct links to London, while nearby green spaces including Windsor Great Park and The Long Walk offer superb outdoor recreation. The M4 and M3 area easily accessible for those commuting by car.

The closest bus stop is a 2-minute walk with direct links to Heathrow Airport which is 20 minutes away.

We have cats but mostly wonder around all days and come to sleep at night (downstairs)
