Double Room in Home – Windsor
I have a lovely small double room available in my home in Windsor, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to Windsor town centre and local amenities.
The house is comfortable, clean and homely, with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living spaces, and a garden. There is also parking available with a residents' parking permit, which is currently £50 per year.
The room is £800 per month, with some bills included.
I live alone and am looking for a friendly, professional and respectful person to share my home with. Ideally, I'd like someone who is tidy, considerate and fairly quiet, while still being friendly and happy to have the occasional chat or share a meal.
I'm looking for someone who sees the house as a home rather than simply somewhere to rent a room, and who will treat the space and the person they are living with respectfully.
Smoking is permitted outside only. There are currently no pets in the house.
