I'm moving out on 1 December, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely furnished en-suite room in a friendly and sociable house share in Windsor.

The house and atmosphere:

The house has a shared living room, making it a great space to relax and socialise with the other housemates, while still having your own private space to retreat to. The house has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and it's a lovely balance of being sociable while everyone has their own routines and space.

There is also a private, gated car park, and a parking permit is provided with the flat.

Location:

The house is ideally located around a 10–15 minute walk from Windsor town centre, with a great range of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.

For anyone who enjoys being outdoors, the beautiful Long Walk and Windsor Great Park are nearby, offering lovely walks, green spaces and scenery. You're also close to Windsor Castle and the River Thames, making it a great place to live if you enjoy having both town life and nature on your doorstep.

Transport:

- Windsor & Eton Central station is approximately 0.6 miles away.

- Windsor & Eton Riverside station is approximately 0.8 miles away.

- Slough station is around a 10-minute drive away, offering further connections into London.

Both Windsor stations provide routes into London, with Central connecting via Slough to London Paddington and Riverside offering direct services to London Waterloo.
