Double Bed. single wardrobe, full length mirror, bedside tables, sofa, smart TV, coffee table. Bedside lights, ceiling spots (with dimmer) + tower fan (in summer). Centrally heated. Large window to front of property.

The entire space is cleaned and fresh Bed Linen and towels provided each Friday.

The annex is centrally heated and Wifi available throughout.

The property is on a quiet no through road and parking is easily available.

The property is in West Windsor, close to Centrica and Royal Windsor Racecourse. Very convenient for Heathrow airport. Access to local takeaways, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs etc. by foot or car.
Easy access to M4, M3 and trains to Waterloo (Windsor) or Paddington (Slough) . It is a 30 minute walk to Windsor town centre through Clewer Village.

The remainder of the property is occupied by the owner/landlord - a professional who works at home/locally
