I have a bright and airy room with its own private bathroom and shower, available for rent in my 5 bedroom house. I live next door in the annex totally separate.
There is a weekly cleaner for communal areas and a gardener.
All rooms have en suite shower and or bathrooms.
All rooms are fully furnished with good quality furniture and new carpet. King-size beds, wardrobes, dressing table/desk, chest of draws, bedside tables. lamps, curtains and smart TV's. Fast broad band.
The house has a comfy lounge and conservatory, large fully fitted kitchen with dinning table and chairs. All kitchen crockery cutlery pans ect are provided. There are ample fridge freezers, Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is secure garage space for bikes ect.
A large gravel drive for parking. We are on a no through road were there are country walks or runs two minuets from the house. 10 minuet walk to Winnersh Train station or Bus round the corner from the house, making easy access to Wokingham Reading London ect Winnersh Triangle easy access to 329m and the M4.
