Hi, I am Chris and I am looking for someone to share my house in a quiet area in Wokingham. The house is a 15 minute walk to Wokingham train station (the train is 8 mins from Reading and 1h 10m from Waterloo) and another 8 minutes walk to the centre of Wokingham.

The room itself is a double room with built-in wardrobe and furnishings.

The bathroom / loo is 2 steps across the landing so not ensuite but still very private.

I am happy to share the rest of the house, garden/patio and there is a little space in the garage if you need to store anything or keep a bike in there perhaps.

Desk / dressing table was used by a previous lodger to work from home during lockdown.

The room is available from Early August. £700 pcm + £500 deposit

My current lodger is due to leave 31st July. I'll be doing viewings from mid-June 2026
