We have a large double room, with shower room en-suite for Monday - Friday letting. We don't have a problem with weekend stays occasionally with advance notice. It is a large house with wireless broadband and Sky TV. The house is in a quiet area with off road parking/driveway parking.
We are a relaxed and friendly household and young for our years!
We have been renting out this room for about 16 years now and have had return lodgers and lodgers staying up to 2 years whilst working on contracts in the area - just mentioning this as acts as reference about us and house!
