En-suite shower room. Free wifi and all utility bills. The studio is fully serviced on a weekly basis with fresh linen and towels.

Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac with own off road parking. Few mins drive to 329M, easy access to M4 junction 10. Few minutes drive or a 10 minutes walk to the picturesque market town of Wokingham. Easy reach to Wokingham station with City Links. Few mins walk to local Sainsbury store and takeaways. Gym at local centre. Other eateries and shops in Wokingham Town.

Would suit a professional person (non-smoker) working in businesses in Wokingham, Bracknell, Reading or surrounding areas.
