The house is at the end of a close, so its very private as well as quiet. However, you are close to the town centre, the station, and through the A329/M the M4 and M3. We are easy to get to, and get away from!
The annex is independantly accessed around the side of the house. This side entrance has a lockable side gate, so you'll be secure, in what is a very quiet area.
Once you are in through the patio doors, the apartment is self contained, you will have exclusive use of the lounge/diner/kitchen, bedroom, and wetroom, and shared use of the utility room, patio, garden and if necessary the shed. All in all, at just over 300 square feet, it will feel very private.
The house was built around 1995 and the annex added in 2010, so it feels modern, light and airey. It is very well insulated. The wet room was refurbished last year, and really all you will need to move in is your personal possessions, bed linen, and victuals!

The lounge/diner/kitchen has a modern table with two chairs, TV, fridge freezer, sink, gas hob, electric oven, rug over a wooden floor, underfloor heating, radiator, fitted supboards, two seater leather sofa and stool, and bookcase.
The bedroom is about to be upgraded with a new double bed, and has a side table, fitted cupboards, fitted wardrobe, radiators, and a rug over the wooden floor. We expect that this is suitable for a single person, but we would consider a couple, with a rent adjustment.
The wet room has all you would expect from a wet room, including a cupboard and of course a large electric radiator.
The utility room contains what you expect it to have! Once you lock your door to it you're completely private.
We are a professional couple, and expect that you'll value your independance as much as we do! We may only rarely meet!
We expect that you will be something like a professional working away from home, and at weekends will go back to your family, although by agreement we won't mind if you occasionally stay here or have your spouse stay over - we'll negotiate that in line with your needs. The rent reflects that pattern of occupation.
The annex was originally designed for an aged relative, but it has had a student in it recently, and thats worked well. As this is our home we don't mind if you only need it for a short period, and we'll expect to offer a short notice period from the next rent date.
The rent includes the council tax, electricity, gas, water, and shared broadband. We'll leave you to sort the TV license out, and we expect you'll have your own mobile. A fortnightly cleaner is available for a small additional charge.
There is ample on street parking in the close.
In summary, this will be just like living in a small furnished flat, without the hassle of being locked into a long contract, or having to sort out all those utilities!
