There is also a garage with storage for bicycles etc. and there is also plenty of off-road parking. The kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob etc)

The area is lively and interesting close to the main shopping area of Woodley (Waitrose, Boots, Lidl, Pubs, Restaurants, etc) There are new and interesting cafes within walking distance and a market on Saturdays.

The nearby conservation area of Dinton pastures is a beautiful series of lakes ideal for walks, cycling, or jogging.

We have The Oakwood Centre - a community-run center offering many crafts, yoga, community classes, tea. Somewhere to sit to rifle through magazines or chat with locals, or walk in the nearby park.

TRANSPORT - We are 3 mins walk from a bus stop with regular buses into Reading. Which makes the location very well connected.
