Off road parking available but car shuffling may be required. I will be paving the front lawn soon, so car shuffling will not be for long. Free parking in the road is also available.

Live in landlord (with full time job). One other male lodger fully employed. Laidback household. Pleasant neighbourhood.

Room fully furnished. Desk, chair and 4K TV in the room. As well as bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedding not provided. Double glazed windows, gas central heating. Smart radiator valve. Water softener installed.

Fibre broadband. Mesh Wi-Fi 7.

The Room is available from 1st of March, but can move in before if needed, as the previous lodger moved out yesterday.
Previous lodger has brought a house. I knew they were moving out for some time but, I didn’t like to advertise the room before the sale was complete.
