Double room with single bed and lots of storage

I'm a pensioner (female) and the owner/occupier of a 3 bed terraced house in Woodley.
I have had 3 student lodgers in the past 4 years.
My house is old-fashioned, creaky and more or less functional, just like I am!
I know it is safe and, I hope, is comfortable, if somewhat cluttered., and welcoming. I think the rent I'm asking takes all the quirk into account.
There is a study area and plenty of storage in the "student bedroom"
All of my previous lodgers were studying at Reading University and left amicably at the end of their studies. My most recent lodger, a PhD student, still visits me often and can provide a reference.
The house has hallway storage for a bicycle.
I'm flexible about a moving-in date. I understand that many students are planning ahead for the next academic year.
I'm also open to a discussion about the rent for a student who is interested in a Mon-Fri. lodgers agreement.
