A comfortable furnished single room is available in a modern new-build home in Woodley. The room has a sofa bed, which can be folded away when not in use, giving you extra space and flexibility. You will also have access to your own bathroom (not ensuite), as well as shared use of the kitchen and garden. One parking space is available, and all bills are included. The home is in a quiet and peaceful area, with the river and woodland nearby, making it a lovely location for walking and enjoying the outdoors. The household is friendly and relaxed, currently shared by myself and my 10-year-old son. We are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate working professional who would appreciate a peaceful home and a friendly household.
