Part time let in Ashley Down

Spacious loft room with ensuite bathroom available in Ashley Down.

This room is offered on a part-time basis (Monday–Friday, 5 nights per week), but I’m also open to discussing other arrangements (e. g. 2–3 nights a week or alternative days). Ideal for someone who needs a comfortable base in Bristol without committing to a full-time let.

Walking distance to Gloucester Road and St Werburghs
Around 15 minutes’ walk to Ashley Down station or Montpelier station in either direction

You’ll be sharing the flat with one housemate; I live outside of Bristol at the moment.

We’re looking for a considerate, friendly housemate who wants a calm, comfortable place to stay a few nights a week.

Price is based on five nights per week. If you only need the room for 2–3 nights or have different part-time requirements, we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
