Room to rent over summer

Room available from end of may (can be flexible) until August 19th

The room is £595 a month paid on the 19th, as I’m subletting from half way through this period I’m happy to call it half a month rent for whatever that period from when you move in until June 19th

Bills are £28 a month + £10 for Wi-Fi + £40 council tax (about £110)

About the house: such a nice location, less than 5 min walk to St Andrews park, glousceter road, great pubs like the farm, the lazy dog, the sportsman and other Gloucester Road places.

The 70 bus stops right outside the house, but any of the 70s are less than a 10 min walk.

Everyone is in their mid 20s, the house is friendly and social, often going to pubs and gigs together but equally have time to ourselves. There’s a mix of people new tk bristol and some who have lived here for years. Nice gaff for someone looking for somewhere to chill over the summer
