Double room in friendly Ashley Down houseshare

We have a double room going in our 4 bed house in Ashley Down, 795pcm all bills included.

There's a shared living room, dining room, and garden.

You'd be living with me (31), Hannah (32) and Rick (37) who all get along well. We all enjoy gaming to different extents; I am always up for board or video gaming so you'll fit in well with me if you're the same! We occasionally watch fims together or have drinks in the garden but also like our own space!

Hannah is in the process of purchasing her own property so will eventually be moving out, meaning you would have a say in the next tenant to take her place.

We would ideally like someone 30+, although late 20s would also be considered.

We're a 10 min walk from Ashley Down station or a 15/20 min walk to Montpelier. The 70 bus route also runs regularly through Ashley Down or we're a 15 min walk to Gloucester Rd with all the buses, bars and restaurants that provides.

There is on street parking which can get busy at times, however I always manage to find a spot.
