Our wonderful housemate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room!

✨ Minimum tenancy: 6 months (with the option to stay indefinitely)

💷 Rent: £666.66 per month

Bills aren’t included and usually come to around £100–£150 per month.

📍 Location
We’re based in Ashley Down in a great spot:

* 2-minute walk to the 70 bus, which takes you into Stokes Croft and the city centre.

* Around a 15-minute walk to Gloucester Road (or 10 minutes if you’re a fast walker!).

* Just 5 minutes from St Andrews Park.

* Right next to the Co-op, with Aldi and Lidl about a 15-minute walk away.

🏠 About the flat

The flat is split over two levels, with the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen/living room downstairs. We also have both a washer and dryer.

The flat comes fully furnished, but the bedroom itself will be unfurnished. Our current housemate is happy to discuss selling their bed and mattress if you’re interested.

🌿 A bit about us

Me (25): I work a 9–5 in the ski industry. I love cooking, going to the pub with friends, watching films, and generally keeping busy.

Maddie (24): She works in cinema and charity. She’s a groovy chick with great style and is always up for a good chat.

We’re both sociable, enjoy getting outdoors for walks, love being creative, and are always up for a pub trip, film night, or trying something new. We’d love to get to know our new housemate and have someone who’s happy to hang out from time to time, while also respecting each other’s own space. We really want the flat to feel like a home, not just a place to live. 💛

💛 We’re looking for someone who is:

* Female, aged 23–30
* A young professional (sorry, no students)
* Friendly, tidy, and looking for somewhere to call home rather than just somewhere to stay.
