This is a bustling part of the city, just 5 minute drive from Templemead Station, 15 min walk from the harbour side with all the amazing restaurants, bars and museums and a short walk to Windmill Hill city farm or Victoria Park.

The flat itself is a perfect place to enjoy city life, with great views from the apartment and a shared roof terrace with running track, exercise area and bbq area.
