Double room in Ashton

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my home in Ashton.

I live in the Ashton Rise Estate which has great views of greenery, Hotwells and the Clifton suspension bridge.

The building was built in March 2021 and has fire broadband and has very good installation, perfect to keep warm in those winter months.

Nearby Amenities include: a gym, a large Sainsbury’s, Winterstoke retail park, North Street, Greville Smyth park, Ashton Gate and Ashton Court. All within a 15 or less minute walking vicinity.

There is a metro bus stop less than a minute walk away, providing quick easy access to Wapping Wharf, Temple Meads and the city centre. A private bike shed is also available to safely secure any bike.

Parking is available outside of the estate (3 minute walk from the flat). We are in the discussion with the council to possibly change this in the future.

I’m looking for a flatmate rather than just a ‘lodger’ so you I want someone sociable as I don’t want the only time that we see each other is when we bump into one-another in the kitchen. I want us to get on and both feel comfortable living here!

I like to keep the flat as clean and minimal as possible so you will have to respect that. If you’re messy this isn’t the right place for you.

A little about me: I’m 30, Male and work in finance. I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, cooking, swimming and listening to Hip Hop, indie and DnB.

On the weekends I’m usually watching football (Arsenal supporter), going to the pub and going to the occasional rave/festival. I also like to explore places nearby Bristol as best as I can!
