Two double rooms available in friendly house share

After a great experience house sharing with these amazing people and now friends, my two housemates are heading on to their next exciting chapters.

The rooms are lovely, clean and both benefit from lots of natural sunlight. Room 1 (the smaller of the 2) is £635/month and room 2 is £658/month. The rooms have had new radiators fitted and there's space for a desk, cupboard, wardrobe and other bits that you may want to add as you can see. Both rooms share a bathroom on the same floor. The furnishings will be moved out but if there is something you'd find helpful to have then we can discuss this when you pop round :).

Bills roughly come to an additional £160-180/month but that can vary depending on seasons! These include internet, gas and electric, water and council tax. White goods are included. There's currently free parking on the street directly outside, and the house comes with a quaint garden and decking area that gets more use when it's warmer! We've not been the best gardeners but I'm definitely keen to improve this skill set, if you have an interest.

A little about me: I'm a veterinary nurse working at a local practice. I enjoy socialising over coffee and drinks, getting outdoors when I can, or binge watching the latest Netflix series. As a house, we have all loved catching up with one another, but respect privacy and communal areas are kept clean and tidy. I work shifts which can sometimes be quite intense so the house has always been a place where people can socialise or turn in early to recharge. Ultimately, I want the home to feel like one and I'm looking for new housemates that share a similar outlook.
