Double room available in friendly house share

Our housemate has sadly decided to move on so we have an en-suite double available in a friendly houseshare.

The room is a lovely, sunny and spacious loft conversion with a built-in wardrobe. The bedframe is for sale if needed and there's space for a desk, cupboard and other bits that you may want to add as you can see.

Bills roughly come to an additional £130-140/month but that can vary depending on seasons! White goods are included. There's free parking on the street directly outside, and the house comes with a quaint garden and decking area that we look forward to using more when summer eventually approaches. We're not the best gardeners but definitely keen to improve it, and our green fingers, if you have an interest.

Libby and I are both young professionals who enjoy socialising over drinks in the garden or binge watching the latest Netflix series. Although we all love catching up with one another, we respect privacy and communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Ultimately, we want the home to feel like one and we're looking for someone to join in and feel the same way. We both have many interests and keep active but enjoy feeling like we can relax when we get in.
