The room is a large double with a bay window with views of Victoria Park. It also has a futon for use as a sofa/guests. Lots of storage space in the room (3 wardrobes).
There is fast broadband.
The bathroom is shared between 2 people and there are 3 toilets in the house. There is a large kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining room and lounge. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is space for bike storage in the garden shed.
We are looking for a new housemate as one is moving out (he's been here 4 years). The 2 of us left are sociable and sometimes cook together (especially on a Sunday for a roast).
The house is close to Asda Bedminster, walkable to town and also to Temple Meads. There is unrestricted parking outside.
