Double room in chilled, friendly 2 bed

Relaxed, comfortable, 2 story house by North street:

Looking for someone easy-going who is going to enjoy living in a calm house.

I own the place but I’m not militant with rules - I’ll want you to be comfortable and happy living here.

Ideally it’d be someone who likes their own space but is also up for a chat and getting to know each other a bit.

Ideally the person would work out of the house mon-fri 9-5 ish. Sorry about this - I work in the living room most days. The bedroom is nice, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, but a desk is going to make things cramped.

The rest of the house is really spacious. Ideal for someone who likes to cook with a big kitchen. There’s a separate dining area, living room and big garden for the summer months. Plus a great shower, dishwasher, washer/drier, plenty of fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space etc.

I get a cleaner in every 3 weeks or so (price included).

I’m into outdoors, relaxing and seeing friends in my free time (mostly dinner or a few drinks at the pub these days - wild days are behind me) watching films, books and movies. I like to catch up and a laugh - I’m training as a therapist but I won’t psychoanalyse you haha. I run a business providing virtual reality to care homes and this keeps me busy 9-5.
