The studio flat is decorated to a high spec. and takes up the entire 2nd floor of our house. Access is via a shared front door (facing Victoria Park BS3) and straight up two flights of stairs. It has a balcony with striking park views, a kitchenette (Hob/fridge/mini oven/dishwasher), and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The space comes fully furnished with a double bed (+new mattress) a spacious desk with park views, cupboards and plenty of space.

You would have access to our washing machine and freezer on the ground floor, plus space for a bicycle safely stored inside. Car parking is free and we are 15 mins walk to B. T. M. train station or a short drive from the M32

We are a busy, friendly family with three primary school kids, always on the move! Anticipate an easy-going couple, sociable but mindful of our neighbours and the park community.

We are looking for a kind, considerate, and independent tenant with a positive outlook on life. The space would not be suited to a late night party owl. Strictly non smokers/no vapers and sorry no couples.
