Double room to rent in all girls house: Bedminster

You’ll be living with two 27 yr old women both in full time office jobs. We’re a chilled household, who enjoy going on house date nights, pub trips and nights out, but like to chill when we’re at home. One of us is vegan and one is a meat-eater.

We’re looking for another womxn to move in with us, 25-32 years old who likes to keep a tidy home and socialising whilst respecting each others space! The room will be ready to move into from 2nd October 2026.

The house is a 3 bed in bedminster with one shared bathroom with bath and shower and a nice garden/conservatory. The bedroom is upstairs and faces the garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Kitchen with white goods included. No smoking inside the house but we have a garden. Unfortunately the house is not wheelchair accessible, if you have a car parking is possible (but difficult) on the street but you’ll have to sort out a permit yourself.

Womxn preferred!
No students, no couples.
You need to have a guarantor
Rent: £485/month
Bills: Approx £135/month
Deposit: £400
