Double room in friendly shared house

Hi! We’re Izzy, Lucy and Camilla and we have a lovely en-suite double room available in our homely house share.

You’ll be living with 3 young female professionals (so we’re looking for another female to join us!) and we are aged 26-28! Two of us have hybrid office jobs and one of us works in the office full time!

We enjoy sports, going to the gym, music, gardening, watching tv together and going out for food & drinks (always up for trying new places!) We also enjoy doing things as a house (cooking, going out) whilst also respecting each others’ quiet time too.

We’re looking for another female aged 26-29 who wants to be not just a housemate but a friend too as we’re all really good mates!

Our house is 2min walk from a few bus stops, 5min walk from bedminster station and 25min walk from temple meads station. We’re at the top end of north street and about 15 mins from harbourside.

The Room will be available from the 1st of September and the rent is £850 a month with all bills included. You’ll just need 1 months rent as a deposit and a reference from your last Landlord. Having a guarantor would also be desirable.
