Double room in 3 bed house

Hi, we are looking for someone to fill the large attic room (with ensuite) in our house at the start of May.

A bit about the room:
Double room with ensuite (with shower, toilet and wash basin)
The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

A bit about the house:
The house is a 3-bed house with a large communal area downstairs and a good sized kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer/cupboard space.
Garden with table and chairs and BBQ
Located just off north street it is close to the local amenities such as shops, cafes and pubs. It's about a half an hour walk to the city centre with a bus stop roughly 2 minutes from the house.
The house has free on street parking.

Rent is £583 not including bills. Bills are currently around the £130 mark, but can go up or down.

A bit about us:
We are 2 females Deryth and Gemma, aged 31 and 32. Deryth works regular office hours with a mix of office and home working, whilst Gemma is a shift worker who mainly works on site. We are friends who enjoy doing activities together such as going to gigs, comedy events, out for meals and for pub quizzes as well as chilled nights in front of the TV. We are looking for someone similar minded who would be interested in joining in some activities with us and treating the house like a home.
