This is a cosy room that looks out onto the garden in a very quiet and relaxed 3-bedroom house in Windmill Hill, BS3. The room is furnished with a brand new mattress and bed, and a wardrobe and desk can also be provided if needed.

You will be sharing with two professionals who work full time.

The house is non-smoking and has a modern kitchen, living room, open-plan dining room, downstairs bathroom, and a garden and is a 20-minute walk from the city centre.

It is close to Temple Meads train station and North Street in Bedminster, which is home to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The house has everything you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, and a new shower/bath.

We have a cleaner who visits once a fortnight, and this is included in the rent.

£585 per calendar month (monthly bills not included; they are around £ 165.00 for each person). The council tax band is B.

The room and the house are perfect for someone who is clean, tidy, and professional, and who is looking for a nice, quiet, relaxed place to live long-term; however, We are happy to consider short-term lets too!

Please note this is a quiet house, and we am looking for someone who works regular hours.
