Purple Bedroom in a Creative house

Hi there Im Zanna and I'm looking for a tenant for this quirky purple bedroom! All bills included.
The current flatmate, Rose is moving out to move in with her partner!

It's a Double bed with a window overlooking the back garden. There is a writer's desk, chair, mirror, bedside table, chest of drawers, two under-bed storage units, shelving space and a clothing rail! (I've included some pics of Rose's current set up so you can get an idea what it looks like lived in!) It will be available from Tues Aug 25th as Rose is moving out on the 24th!

As for the rest of the house, there is a lovely garden, a very pink conservatory, a cosy living room, a communal kitchen and a downstairs bathroom.

The 74 bus stop is right round the corner and goes to the Harbourside and up Glouster Road. There's e-scooter parking a short walk away too. There is free parking on the road and Bedminster Train Station is a 15 min walk away

There is a convenience store just round the corner and a lovely coffee shop called Fox & West too. LIDL is a 6 minute walk away or there is the big ASDA which is an easy 5 min drive. Local pubs are The Brunel (cheap and cheerful), The Rising Sun or the Victoria Park Pub with the best views.

It's a 4-bed house, newly renovated (Council Tax Band B and EPC Band D). We are looking for a someone who enjoy chatting as well as their own personal space, potentially a good night out either pub or club as well as an occasional party (fancy dress or just a game night!)

Looking for someone warm, considerate and tidy who enjoys a natter over a cuppa or a cheeky glass of wine!
