Hello, We have a small furnished Single bedroom in our family house, to share with us the family with 1 child and friendly Labrador dog.

Nice, bright, Small, quiet room with view of the garden with single bed, chest of drawers, small table & chair, clothes rail (no wardrobe) and upstairs toilet. Shared use of Downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen is available to share but prefer someone who doesn't cook much.

House situated close to vibrant North street in Southville/Bedminster, independent shops, bars, cafes, local bus routes, 20 minute walk to town.

We are friendly and welcome though we are looking for somebody who is quiet, clean and tidy, who prefers their own space and is at work or University 90% of the time, who prefers to keep to themselves mostly. Happy for the occasionally chats. Our son is autistic and can occasionally be noisy.

Friendly, clean, comfortable household with shared use of kitchen and dining room with washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, but no sitting room.

This includes all bills with WIFI. Prefer someone who doesn't cook much. Kitchen to be used before 8am in morning and after 7pm in evening.

NO house guests and stay overs allowed.

1 months rent required as deposit to secure room.

Rent to be paid monthly in advance by standing order

We will ask for References and right to be in UK from work/university and previous landlord and passport evidence.
