Hi, my daughter was renting this flat and has now gone traveling. We would really like to hang onto it and are looking to sublet it so that she can potentially move back, in a years time. It is a 2 month rolling contract and we would require a deposit of £500 per room. The flat is in a FANTASTIC location- above a deli and famous Hugos that sell the best ingredients in Southville- it is also surrounded by beautiful buzzing bars, delis and cafes. It is a five minute walk to whipping wharf.
The flat is furnished and has a kitchen, washing machine and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished also with everything you need.
There is on street parking.
My daughter has absolutely LOVED living here- it really is a special little flat and would suit a couple or two sharing.
