This property is perfect for a working professional looking for a clean and serene household with good transport links and lovely local amenities. There is a cleaning rota with four sections of the house that we all follow strictly (Bathrooms, kitchen, bins and living room), so each week there is going to be a new section for everyone to make sure we keep the property nice and tidy.

On the ground floor will be a double room (your room), storage in the hallway, a separate toilet and sink under the stairs. Fully-fitted kitchen with an induction hob, fridge and freezer, a washing machine, dish-washer, kettle and toaster. Dining/living room. Front and back garden.
Upstairs on the first floor will be our rooms and the bathroom with a bathtub, shower plate, sink and toilet that's also been freshly refurbished.

The room is one of four bedroom terraced houses in Bedminster. There are two toilets and one bath/shower to provide comfort and convenience. It is within a 3-minute walk to Parson street station giving you access to popular work and leisure destinations like Bristol Temple Meads, Cardiff, Weston-Super-Mare and other local and regional destinations. Other 3-minute walk to the bus stop that will give you access to m1, 76 and 75 as well. It is well connected to many locations around the city.

About us:
Our home is sociable – we watch movies together, play games, chat, share meals and cook together (if we have friends around). Hopefully we can share some overlapping interests, e. g. reading, videogames, crafts, climbing, food, cycling, music, concert-going… But we’re also individuals at the end of the day and we also respect that. Having alone time is also important to us. We’d like to keep an organized and clean house, so we’ll figure this out together :)
