Lovely, bright, part furnished double bedroom available in 3 bedroom house in quiet, BS3 cul-de-sac. Large lounge/dining area and sloping garden which gets plenty of sun! Driveway parking and locked garage storage also available. There are bus stops and Tesco express just 5 mins walk away, the harbour is a 20 min walk, city centre a 30 mins walk and parson street train station 10 min walk.

I’m a single, 35yo healthcare professional. I work Monday-Friday, 50% from home, the rest from the office in the city centre. I am outdoorsy and spend a lot of my spare time in the countryside with friends. Weeknight evenings are usually fairly quiet, I might go for a run/gym class and then love to binge a good series on Netflix! I’m looking for a likeminded female of a similar age to share my home with 😊 Must have a similar lifestyle/routine, be clean, tidy and respectful. This is most definitely not a party house! Happy to consider pets for the right person. Also happy to re-paint the bedroom to preference.
