We have a bedroom available in our lovely four-bedroom shared maisonette on North Street in Bedminster.

The property has a shared lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor rooftop terrace.

You’ll be living with three housemates: Amber, Sai and Dale, all in our late 20s/early 30s. Amber works as an occupational therapist in a hospital, Sai works and studies in dentistry, and Dale is a civil servant.

We’re a relaxed but sociable household. We enjoy watching TV and films, getting the occasional takeaway, and heading to the park or pub when the sun is out. We also appreciate that everyone needs their own space.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate, easy-going and friendly.

The location is ideal: just a stone’s throw from Greville Smyth Park, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, with easy access to bus routes and the city centre within walking distance.

As the current tenant is leaving partway through the month, the total rent and bills for the period from 25 August to 17 September will be £410.16. After that, rent and bills will be £535 per month, payable on the 18th of each month.
