Short term Double Room - Bedminster/Knowle

I have a double bedroom in a two-bed house. House has everything you need (brand new bathroom with a nice shower) plus gardens and a garage (for bike storage etc). Your bedroom has a built in wardrobe and also you’d get another built in wardrobe/storage on the landing. The house is in a quiet little dead-end street in Bedminster/Knowle – 4 minute cycle or 10 minute walk to Lidl. 10ish minute cycle to Temple Meads, 30ish minute walk to harbourside – BS3 5LR. Rent is £595 + bills (split evenly between 2).

I am a live in landlord, having owned the house for nearly two years. Previously shared it with a junior doctor who I found through spare-room, and most recently a friend who now has to move back to London. I am 31 years old, work in journalism and I go away most weeks for normally 2 days for work and so you would have the house to yourself then. I’m into music, tacos and chilling. I was born in Chile, grew up in Wales and now have lived in Bristol for 6 years. I’ve lived in many house shares over the years and so I know the score and know what I’m looking for:
- relaxed and friendly
- quiet at night and goes to be at a normal adult time (important)
- house trained, clean and tidy
