Double Room in Bedminster

Hi, I'm Kieran. I'm renting out a double room with a private bathroom in Bedminster.
It's currently furnished with a double bed, desk, and a clothes rail. I'm happy to buy a desk chair, chest of drawers etc should you need them.

- 5 minute walk to North Street
- 20 minute walk to the harbourside
- 30 minute walk to Temple Meads
- on the airport Flyer route, so it's a 15 minute bus to the airport

Free street parking and bike storage in a secluded court yard, but I won't mind if you want to keep a bike in your room/hallway instead.
The flat is on the second floor with no lift, but a wide staircase.
Internet hasn't failed me yet, and stays around 70Mbps download.

About me: I'm a WFH software developer working 0900-1730 Monday to Friday. My evenings usually consist of either staying in on the sofa, going for a pint, going over my girlfriends, or playing 5-a-side.
Then the weekends usually consist of going for multiple pints, visiting family in Wales, or going on a trip if I'm lucky.

About you: would be nice to have someone friendly, tidy, happy to chat to in the kitchen, share an evening Infront of the TV, go for a pint with now and again.
