Cooking for reduced rent in Bedminster Family Home

Looking for a friendly person to live in our family home for a short to medium term let of between 3 to 9 months, in a great location just off North Street in Bedminster.

The room comes with reduced rent @£450 per month (all bills included), with £200 off in exchange for either 2-3 evening meals a week. As a solo mum it's tricky to balance everything, so I'm trying to get creative with it all :)

The room would suit someone who is looking for a short term solution whilst they get themselves on their feet with a more permanent solution in Bristol, a PhD student on a placement, or as a base before/after travelling. And of course someone who loves cooking and is around some early evenings.

Its a first floor small double room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. There is a shared kitchen, living room and garden. And a space to park a car or store a bike. Options for extra storage and communal space too.

There is also one other lodger / flat mate here too who is super friendly. I like to do some house meals and have a friendly and welcoming home.

You would also be sharing the house with my 3 year old son. I'm therefore looking for someone friendly and chilled who is open to this set up and being around family fun and chaos that follows! We are pretty used to having different lodgers living here, and they are very much a part of the home in a house-share come family home kinda vibe!

The house is only a 5 minute walk to the pubs and shops of North Street. Whilst Ashton Court is only 15/20 walk away. It's a great location!
