Room available in sociable southville home!

Our housemate is sadly moving out at the start of November as she's moving in with her partner, so we're looking for someone to take her place in our lovely house!

We're all good friends and enjoy spending time together both inside and outside the house (whilst respecting each other's space of course) and we'd love to find someone like-minded who's up for living in a friendly and tidy house! We're leaning more towards a female housemate but we're happy to keep an open mind.

The house is in a great location in Southville close to Wapping Wharf, and we're lucky to have great landlords too. The house is really spacious with a great kitchen, study, living room, 2 bathrooms (including a bath) and garden.

The new tenancy would start on November 8th and rent is £755 excluding bills (which usually come to around £120 a month). The available room is unfurnished - with option to buy some of the furniture - and can fit a kingsize bed.

We will be booking in viewings week commencing 5th October :)
