Spacious double room in Bedminster house

My partner and I are professionals in our 30s who work from home full-time. We have a fully furnished double room which is fully equipped with a study table, study lamp, a large Kallax bookshelf, clothes iron, hair dryer, and air purifier, that is available from April 2026 onwards.

We are looking for a respectful, independent, neat and tidy professional to move in with us. My partner and I are a friendly and welcoming couple. We are both into live music, bouldering, yoga, running, board games and travelling.

The house is bright, peaceful, and quiet. It has the following shared spaces:

1) living room - Amazon Prime movies included
2) kitchen (well equipped with a toaster, microwave, brand new oven, and a dishwasher)
3) spacious dining room
4) bathroom (which comes with a shower and bath), and
5) a utility room (which has a clothes washing machine and dryer)

There is a large garden space with outdoor furniture as well, if you'd like to relax and unwind after a long day, and a large lockable outdoor storage shed to park bicycles etc.

Apart from that, our home is also only a 6-min walk to the nearest train station and bus stop to the city centre. You can buy daily essentials at a 24/7 convenience store which is 1-min away from the property.

The vibrant North Street and the city centre are both within walking distance (takes about 15 mins to get to the former and 25 mins for the latter)

Please note that a month's deposit + rent are payable in advance. The room is going for £850 for one person and £1200 for couples (bills included).
