The open plan kitchen/lounge is a great place to cook and relax, including two fridge freezers, washer/dryer, cooking equipment and a TV.

Located right next to the park and easy walking distance to the City Centre and Temple Meads. On street parking is available and doesn't require a permit. (Due to restricted access to the garden, push bikes can not be stored at the house)

Each room is for single occupancy only in accordance with the property Licence. The rooms would suit a full-time working professional and any tenancy is subject to referencing, credit checks and confirmation of income. Sorry no couples.
