Hi everyone! 👋

My name’s Martina, and I’m looking for a new female housemate to join the home I currently share with my friend Holley in Bedminster, Bristol. The room will be available from the end of June.

A little about us: we’re both professionals in our 30s — Holley is American and works a typical Monday–Friday office job, while I’m Italian and work in aviation ✈️, which means my schedule can sometimes be a little unusual (early starts or late finishes). We’re both easy-going, respectful, and really value having a peaceful, friendly home.

Who we’re looking for 👤
We’d love to find someone who is:

* Female, aged 28+
* Respectful, clean, and considerate
* Happy to help keep shared spaces tidy and pleasant
* Mature, calm, and easy to live with
* Sociable, but also values personal space
* Not a party person at home (we enjoy a good time too — just not bringing the rave back with us 😄)

About the house 🏡
The house is bright, spacious, and very welcoming, with:

* A large entrance hall
* A spacious kitchen
* One shared bathroom
* Three bedrooms

The available room is unfurnished, but if helpful, our current flatmate is selling some furniture that fits the room perfectly, including:

* Bed frame + mattress
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Clothes rail
* Mirror
* Laundry bin
* Small 4-drawer organiser (ideal as a bedside table)

So if you’d prefer an easier move-in, that could be a great option 😊

The house is in a great spot in Bedminster, just a short walk from North Street, with excellent transport links and amenities nearby:

* Bus routes to the city centre and airport
* Parson Street train station
* Aldi and Sainsbury’s within about a 10-minute walk

Rent 💷

* £625 per month
* Plus council tax and bills
* Rolling contract (no minimum stay)
