2 Rooms Available in Windmill Hill

I have 2 rooms available for short term rent in my home in Windmill Hill. Both are good doubles but one is larger than the other, hence the difference in price. One comes with basic furniture - a wardrobe, bedside table, bed & desk and the other is unfurnished. We can work out which room the furniture needs to go depending on your needs.

Free parking is available on the street.

Rent does not include bills & council tax band is B.

I'm a 38 year old woman with an active social life and lots of hobbies so I'm out and about a lot. I work from home. I also live with my cat, Princess - she's a cute old lady these days but an appreciation of cats is essential to living here.

I'm currently in the process of selling the house which is why it's only available short term. I imagine it will be a maximum of 3 months but this may extend depending on how the process goes.
