Double room to rent in bright Bedminster home

One of our housemates is going long term travelling so we're looking for a replacement. Ideally someone who will want to stay here for a while so we don't have to do this again anytime soon ha!

We're a friendly house, we all get on and we want someone with similar energy. Nice chill vibes - no drama or stress pls! 😊 And we're not a party house at all. Guests are welcome but we are respectful of others e. g. if someone has work early, not making noise in the communal areas after 23:00. Sharing with 2 females (GM of a pub and hospital night shift worker), and 1 males (barista).

We're a clean and tidy house and want to keep it that way. Wipe the kitchen sides after you're done, everyone pull their weight with hoovering, don't leave rubbish/dirty dishes in communal areas etc.

It's a large house with 4 floors - 4 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge with balcony, bathroom, shower room, utility room and garden. This room is on the third floor, but is street level. The house has pretty much everything it needs so we're not looking for someone to bring a load of furniture for the communal areas or kitchen stuff but welcome to add to decor!

Rent and bills are usually £550ish in total but can vary. All gets paid to one housemate on the second to last day of the month. He takes care of everything and is very transparent with it - has a separate account and is happy to show us the bills anytime!

No preference from us on shift patterns/job etc, know some houseshares are after 9-5ers but we aren't fussy. Just no home working - partly for bills but also so everyone gets a bit of home alone time. 😊

Prefer a non-smoker cos it stinks! If you do smoke, it'll only be outside.
