Double room to rent in bright Bedminster home

One of our housemates is leaving the country so we're looking for a replacement. Must be nice, respectful, clean and tidy! The usual. 😊 We're a friendly house, we all get on and we want someone with similar energy. Chill vibes, no drama or stress!

Large house with 4 floors - utility room, bathroom, shower room, kitchen, lounge and garden. Bedroom is on top floor. Sharing with 1 female (GM of local pub), and 2 males (cameraman and barista). Rent is £390, bills are on top. Usually £500/£510 in total. All paid to one housemate on the second to last day of the month, he takes care of everything.

No preference from us on shift patterns/job etc, know some houseshares are after 9-5ers but we aren't fussy. Just no home working!
